Cheese Making

One of the more common complaints I hear from expats is the cost of cheese. A thread on buttermilk got me thinking about it. I enjoy home making dairy products. I haven't made cheese in a few years, but it is really easy. Has anyone tried making it at home? Does anyone do this in Indonesia? Any cheese makers out there?

Yes, i try... But milk is not good, i bought this full cream milk and i think is half wather half milk in the botle... I get from 2l of milk one small cheese... Can you recommand me some good milk?

i suppose you could buy from local farms.. you can find most of the place like in bandung or maybe in rural village..
