We need to talk about broccoli

Broccoli -- a super food. Very healthy, right? Has anyone else noticed that most supermarkets that sell local broccoli (be it organic or otherwise), include a nice selection of grubs in their product?
Keep an eye out for it people. The grubs look like little caterpillars. Maybe they're also nutritious?

The grubs are very nutritious, full of protein, so just eat your Brocoli like a good boy.

I soak it in a bowl of salt water to zap the bugs... & if it is full of 'em, us a toothbrush to scrub in the awkward places.

I was on diet once and I made a diet meal with broccoli. when I was chopping the broccoli, I found like 5 or 6 small worms or caterpillar or idk what they were but surely they were disgusting in one broccoli. That's the last time I deal with broccoli. Never again.

isn't it always the case?

My mom taught me to wash it then dip them in a bowl of salted hot water for a while. or just water with some salt. It'll remove them.
