Looking for Job in Jakarta

Hello everyone, I'm thomas from Australia. But now I live in Singapore. I want to move to Jakarta. I like this city. But I do not have a job yet. So, can I look for employment opportunities for foreigners in Jakarta? Or maybe if anyone knows if there is a company hiring a foreigner. Please let me know. Thank you very much for the reply!

Imho , unless you have the required experience , Qualifications and specialization ,Indonesia is a tough place to find employment, check out the job finder websites for expats .

I agree with Tel522 . I guess it is easier to find a job in Singapore than in Indonesia . And be informed that it is a crime to work in Indonesia without a Work Permit + Work Visa/Work KITAS (up to 5 years in jail) . Also , Jakarta is a very polluted city .

Just an idea to get job as english teacher in some local courses like IELT, but my suggest is look another city than Jakarta, yes because it is very dense there
