Ahem. Anyone who can't see their post anymore should re-read this part of the sticky:
The purpose of this channel is assist forum members who are looking for employment. It is not here so that posters, in particular those who are not seeking a job themselves, can offer their unsolicited opinions about the salary or working conditions offered by a particular employer. If you see a job advertisement that breaks forum guidelines, please report it using the "report" function (click on the little triangle with an exclamation point inside it). The only posts that should be made in job threads are sincere requests for clarification about the position offered. All other comments will be removed from the moderation queue/deleted without warning.

if not then I apologize in advance.

Gwazulu, it's often more effective to send a PM in cases where the thread is started by someone who is not an active poster. (I'm not saying it would work, just that it improves your chances, since most people will get a notification in their e-mail when you send them a PM, where as unless they subscribe to the thread/check back frequently, they may never see your query in the thread).
As to your question, the acceptable countries are based on Indonesia's manpower laws. Employers can only obtain work permits for English teachers who carry passports from the listed nations. It's not necessarily a sensible regulation, but that's the way it is.
