  • Looking for volunteers (online Indonesian classes)

Hi everyone, I'm looking for volunteers to test my online Bahasa Indonesia lessons set up before it's officially launched.
This will be real lessons so please only reply if you are currently learning or interested in learning Bahasa Indonesia online.
I'm Indonesian based in New Zealand and I'm currently setting up my website and online classes. This is one on one online classes, aim for building conversational skills.

    Requirements:
    - Genuine Bahasa Indonesia learners
    - English speakers
    - Interested in learning conversational Bahasa Indonesia
    - Steady internet connection
    - Skype

Please note that classes will be carried out in English and/or Indonesian depending on your level. Beginner classes will be held in English, of course or otherwise you'll get lost
You don't have to be native English speakers to participate, so long as you can understand instructions in English as I don't speak other foreign languages.
This is to ensure that there won't be confusion if or when explanation is needed as I will use English as reference and comparison, be it words, phrases, or sentences.

So if you are interested or someone you know might be interested, please feel free to reply to this message or email me at [email protected]

Looking forward to hearing from you guys soon!

    Thanks a lot!
    Ika

Hi everyone, just letting you know I have also just launched my Youtube channel specifically designed for Bahasa Indonesia Learners.
    Here is the link
Hi everyone! Welcome to my channel! I make videos about Bahasa Indonesia. All learners are welcome. Some of you probably are just starting to learn the language, some are at intermediate level or even advanced. Regardless of your level I believe you can always learn something new :) I'll try to cover both formal and informal form of Indonesian as you might or might not realize that spoken Indonesian is very different from its formal form. You have to learn both to be able to use it accordingly. Learning informal Indonesian will enable you to use words, phrases, sentences that native speakers actually use in their everyday life and be understood when you speak the language. Enjoy the videos!

    Enjoy!

Well done IKA, hopefully there are more Indonesian Tutors like you. There are already many English Tutors online but not many Indonesian tutors like you. All the best with your Indonesian lecture.
