Someone to teach our maid to cook

Know of someone or somewhere that teaches/trains staff to cook healthy western/eastern food?
We'd love to hear from them as our housekeeper is keen to learn and we are willing to pay for her to be trained!

I think it would be difficult to teach your staff to cook. Everyone has different taste and come from different areas. It would be best to teach them yourself or teach them to read and use a cookbook.

The AWA has bilingual cookbooks which you can use to teach your staff member to cook Western dishes. You can see the English version on one side - and they can read the Indonesian version on the other. There will be different techniques for cooking, so having them watch you make it the first time would probably be a good idea
