Etymologie

I guess you have mixed up something here:
Philantrope. It comes from to greek words: philos (the one who like) and anthropos (human)
Physique. It comes from the greek physis which means nature.
Photographie. It comes from the greek photos (light) and graphein (writing/drawing)
Phare. Though it comes from the latin Pharus", the latin word itself is derived from the Greek Pharos which was the greek island where the Alexandria Lighthouse was.
Philosophie. It comes from the greek Philo (like) added with the greek word sophia (wisdom)
Phallocrate. It comes from the greek phallos (male sex) and kratos (power)
Pharmacie. It comes from the greek pharmakôn (drug).
Fils. It comes from the latin filius (son).
Frigidaire. It comes from the latin frigidum (cold)
Forum. It comes from the latin word... forum (outside place)
When you see a ph in french words then the racin is most likely of greek origin. Certainly not of latin origin.
