Yesterday i went to Siloam hospital to get second opinion about my fracture. My ex company me there. Well.. he is more vicious making the doctor understand that i worked too hard after the accident. First doctor at Prima medika allowed me to work after 3-4 days which my buddy (let's call my ex bf that from now on) hated.

I surprised yesterday that he was more like curhat to the doctor. "No! the problem is she feel responsible. Her manager on maternity leave for third times now. Sit there with baby for 3 months. Now she must work with painful arm? Could you talk some sense to her please?" After felt being scolded like a child i decided to calm things down and treat him sate babi by the beach. Phew!
Yah, I know... it's just... you know when everything start falling apart one after another, you never know when it will end!

If I want meditating I highly prefer doing it in a couch with a good coffee than in the strange contortionned position.
If I want make give some strength to the "supportive" muscle (the one aside the main muscle we rarely use but important for balance and avoid to fall) I would do martial art which I consider as a 2 in 1 (self defense course + cardio & stretching). I have my preference for Aikido as it's probably the more soft martial art (depending of the dojo).

Taichi is good too, it make a good work on the "supportive" muscle... just not my prefered, too much relax for my taste.
Yoga is total turn off for me!

    Computer tread story

3 month ago my computer had power supply trouble. The battery suddenly pass from "you just have the time save your document" to completely death. The fraction of second the electricity flick... the computer is dead! Quite frustrating!
Added to that the tread gone mad too. I transport my computer daily from work to home and every time i move the transfo (the box in the tread) the electricity cut. Need to hit the box until it suddenly restart to let the electricity pass through. Than don't move it at all!!!

Co-worker told me the boss was quite hard to convince to spend money for the computer... I decide to take my chance and ask for a a new battery and tread. Without any hesitation is sign the request! Yeah!
Later I receive a the battery and the tread, I keep the old tread at the office and never ever move it.... it's still working good.

I really like to have backpack more light of the tread for the motorcycle ride and less trouble to pack and unpack the computer. I just have to take out the computer and plug it! At both place, home and work, i have a tread waiting for the computer.

Last week the new tread, the one at home, start to give trouble... look like my girl have been too hard with it!!! The tip that plug in the computer lose contact... will need to buy a new one!

I will need to learn the girl to be more gentle with the computer... I got a feeling next time it will be the whole computer I will need to change!!!
