Been good in my weekdays activities although feeling lonely without any friends around atm + its my second years being a single.. but 9 monthsbeing a single mother, my daughter just been recovered after a week high fever.. then still seeking a new job. Quite Tiring but im so gratefully Im still having some great moments with my family and daughter. A bit devastated by thinking about the daddy of my baby. . Still hoping that he would come back to me or finding someone new or finding another way to raising my daughter alone by working. Sounds complicated, right? This is my adventure. . How about you guys? Have a fun long vacation..

dunno why but i feel like sad ...
i used to work with a lady , filipino lady in my previous office. she worked in the US head office while i work in Jakarta. when i went to US several times she was soooo nice and sweet to me. her husband was also a great man. they have a daughter , same age as mine, whom they are so proud of and love her deeply. even tho i have never met her in person, we talked thru phone several times. her mom wanted me to be her friend. she got married with an american guy, got two boys. my friend is soooo happy and proud of her daughter and her family. she kept telling me about her daughter everytime we chatted
Yesterday i found out from Facebook, ( i am connected to the lady.. the mom) that her daughter passed away . we dont know why, but from some comments, it was a sudden death, and perhaps it's cancer.
I could not imagine how she would feel now, losing her only child, must be very devastated ....
i feel sad for her and her hubby, i pray that God would give them extra strength and family and friends around them, to ease the pain a bit. wish i could be there to give a hug

Thanks God it's Thursday ...
And my daughter is 21 years old, life moving so fast. Seem just like yesterday I dropped her to kindergarten, and in less than 2 months she'll be graduated.

i just got a new job,.. yeay.. better position, better benefit and better salary... the only issue is the office is a bit far from where i live. i could just get a new apartment close to the new place.
the sad part is saying goodbye to friends in the current office. and... some of my projects that are almost done, but i will never know how will it go and will it go as perfect as i wish...

Paman... I have no idea what you did to the forum- but it is ridiculously complicated now.. I have no idea how the hell to use it - I have a big blank page and a shitty skinny little side panel - if this is what i see from now on, I apologise but I ain't gonna waste my time trying to use it.
I can't even comment on the thread set up by you to address the "technical issues"

I also have yet to see the joys of this new format. I used to just click on "settings" and see any updates. Once I had clicked through to a thread, it would be removed. Now I need to "dismiss" threads I've read, which means more clicks and just general confusion as to whether a thread has been updated since I last opened it. In short, I prefer automated to discretionary. Also, I'm seeing only one item at a time on the notifications... which means I'm due for more clicking to view basic updated threads... I haven't read through the faq yet, or taken time to play with the settings much, but I can see this new format taking more of my time to perform basic functions.
