It's assumed that you use the same cooking utensils for your daily menu, in any process of baking.

I hope you find more clients. Good luck for the business.

          • So another trip to immigration office made me took transj again, this time I forgot the bus card, so I "borrowed" it from a very nice guy then he refused when I wanted to pay him back, so embarrassing lol. Then I arrived just when they started lunch bread (dang!). So I was wandering around the old town and finally I stopped at cafe batavia. It is my first visit here. The place is very nice! Almost all tables are full, mostly by bules. The interior is old, wooden theme. Yeah I like this place, now I am so lazy to get back to work lol

            • I had a really good time yesterday.

I have this small cool drink counter at one of a mall here, and a couple of weeks ago, someone from rather big company proposed and offered me to participate in their annual event, Family gathering and Jalan Sehat that took place just yesterday. They ordered 200 cups on a signed contract and we should be ready at subuh at the venue. The event itself started at about 5.30.

Ever since we got there, its been a non stop production of our product. Buyers even queue in a very long line. And I was standing for about 5 hours working on their orders on 2 blenders. I was helped by 2 staffs, my sister in law and my 10 yo girl. 200 cups were gone in about 3 hours, and luckily I brought another 200 cups which also sold out in another hour.

It was a blast, the company owner even came to my booth asking what is it that we sell, that made such a long queue. It was fantastic, and tiring ! If everyday is like that, I will need to resign from my day job !

welcome to the food market Alia!

What kind of cool drink do you make? From fresh fruit or some of the Indonesian sweet drink with jelly?
I wish you the best, if you can resign from your job for this business, that will be very good.

Just be aware of the "excitement of a new product" even if it's not really new, for most of customer a new packaging is enough for they can consider it "new".
But after a short time it fall down.

My wife always offer "new recipe" every week or 2 for keep the "new product" excitement in our customer.

                good luck with your business

                      • Speaking of, now I see how BBM is better than WhatsApp in terms of chat history. Been trying to find old chats, the file is .bak, I have Googled all day and I give up. Always better to send conversations via email instead of keeping them on a memory card which I find useless. Anyways, I like WhatsApp better than BBM for daily chats, I can send multiple photos at once and customize the wallpaper

but even if you bake, you obviously will use clean utensils that already been washed. not like, you'll use a bowl which there is soup in it and just throw the soup, and use the bowl to make a dough or something without washing them clean, unless youre very jorok person

Don't you know pork meat and meat not kill by a muslim telling "Allah akbar" is as much dangerous and transmissible than the Ebola virus.

Putting a foot in a restaurant own by a non-muslim can highly put your life in danger.
You need to take this very seriously!

Can you imagine what can happen to you if you smell a cake bake by someone who have eat pork a month ago???

I know it is not ALL muslim who think like that, but unfortunately A LOT think and act like this without any exaggeration!
And it amplify by 10 in Ramadan time.

                              God bless their soul

im also minority hehe, most muslim around me are like that.. and the open minded one is not so many..
it also happen in other religions, like Christian or Catholic.. thats one reason why i decide myself i dont wanna be religious like that..

i find it silly that people who are strict following religion is more like make distance or ruin relationship from other people
