Help ! Need advice getting birth certificate..

Hi everyone,

This is my first post so I apologize in advance if it's an irrelevant topic. I was born in Indonesia, but have not been living there for 8 years now. My abusive dad holds my original birth certificate and refused to give it to me. I heard in 2020 there is a legal PDF version (with a QR code on it) being produced and I would like to have access to mine. The problem is, that I need to go to Jakarta to get it in the domiciled DUKCAPIL. I cannot go back to Jakarta as I have no one to help me get around / place to stay indefinitely for the length of the process and he would most definitely find me.
If anyone knows of any good lawyers or agencies to get this PDF for me, that would be wonderful. Any other thoughts are also greatly appreciated.

I don't know any personally . I suggest you to search the internet for something like : biro jasa akte kelahiran jakarta (utara , selatan ,..) .
