Especially they will coming twice, example :

The only option I know for this situation is the Work Visa (although other option may be possible , for example if it is work related to start a new company in Indonesia) .

A Work Visa requires the foreign worker to get a sponsorship of the Indonesian based company where the foreigner will work . It is this Indonesian based company that have to request the "work permit" + the Indonesian Work Visa for the foreigners . Usually companies hires visa agents to do this work for them .

      hi..
      I'm Didah, visa agent..

There are two types of Visa/Kitas that can be used by the foreigner.
      1. Create working Kitas, sponsored by Indonesian companies. the price can be expensive because you have to pay a monthly DPKK of $100 ( $1200 for 1 year) and a working Kitas of $ 1500 for 1 year of residence permit. if there is no corporate sponsor then you have to pay $800
      2. Create investor Kitas. This can use sponsorship from an Indonesian company or create your own company, the cost is $800 and the Kitas investor is $1400 for a 2 year residence permit.

The holder of the Kitas residence permit is free to enter and leave Indonesia as long as the Kitas is still valid.

        (c) investor Kitas. This can use sponsorship from an Indonesian company...

        (a) A Work Visa/KITAS don't need to be for 1 year . It can be as short as 1 month .

        (b) It is only legal if sponsored by the company that hires the foreigner .

        (c) Investor Visa/KITAS is only for foreigners who intend to invest at least Rp1 billion in Indonesia .

            (1) Yes , it can be 2 Visas of 30 days or a Visa of 6 months .

            (2) Any Indonesian Visa turns to a Stay Permit when the foreigner enters Indonesia . A KITAS/e-ITAS is a "type" of Stay Permit . I guess it is not relevant to know if a KITAS/e-ITAS will be issued . The important thing to know is if a future visit to the Immigration Office is necessary . I am not sure , but I guess that the 30 days Work Visa does not require a future visit to a Immigration Office (for photo/fingerprint) , but the 6 months Visa may require that . Anyway , usually the stamp that the foreigner gets (when passing through Immigration) will inform if a future visit to Immigration Office is necessary . You may also ask that in any Immigration Office or online (Ditjen Imigrasi | Facebook , DitJen Imigrasi (@ditjen_imigrasi) / Twitter , Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi (@ditjen_imigrasi) • Instagram photos and videos) .

Poster's Note : A Work Visa or any other Limited Stay Visa will required a paid ITAS/Limited Stay Permit . And maybe except the 30 days Visa , a paid Re-entry Permit is also applied .

              (1) work visa, minimum 6 months and 1 year sir.. nothing is 1 month that I know of. the one month and two month only a visit visa or a business visa.
              (2) yes you are right. the company can't be a sponsor if he can't work there..
              (3) and for investors a minimum of 1 billion but if it's below that can be helped sir..

                (1) So do you think that the PerMen no.51 Year 2016 , Article 23 that I posted above is fake or was cancelled ? Does it make sense to you that a foreign singer who comes to Indonesia to do just one show is required to get a 6 months Work Visa ?

                (3) Can you explain us how ?

So if we apply work visa then it must have Kitas too is it ?

If we only have NOTIF but Kitas still on process. Can we going to the site working with NOTIF only ?

                  Thank you

                    (I) For the 6 month Work Visa , probably there will be a KITAS/e-ITAS issued after taking photo/fingerprints in a visit to a local Immigration Office .
I am not aware of how it is for the 1 month Work Visa , but I guess it may be an ITAS-on-arrival , meaning that the foreigner would not need to make a future visit to the local Immigration Office and could work soon after entering Indonesia , or as soon after paying the "Izin Tinggal Terbatas Saat Kedatangan / ITAS-on-arrival" (Rp750.000 according PP no.28 Year 2019) .

                    (II) Theoretically no .

                      (1) Yes, for PerMen No. 51 of 2016, Article 23 is no longer valid, sir..
                      (3) if only for a singer you can make an artist visa sir but the period of 3 months can't be 1 month..

Can not. because you have to use an e-visa to enter Indonesia. Immediately pay the Billing Kitas for your work so that the e-visa comes out quickly.. After exiting your work e-visa, you can only enter Indonesia. Once in Indonesia you can take a photo at immigration to issue your work KITAS permit.

                          (3) "Artist Visa" of 3 months ? Could you show us in which Government document you saw that ?

Sorry but you are very confusing .

                            (x) In Indonesia (except for Visit Visas) the Government charges for : the Visa or e-Visa or Limited Stay Visa-on-arrival (before entering Indonesia) + the Stay Permit (after entering Indonesia or on arrival) , the first specified in US currency and the second in Indonesian currency . KITAS is a type of Stay Permit (literally , a Limited Stay Permit Card) . So when the time to pay the KITAS comes , the foreigner already got the Visa/e-Visa .

                            (y) I guess you meant : "you use the e-Visa to enter Indonesia" .

                              ok i explain again.
if you want to make a Kitas, whether it's an investor's Kitas, a work kitas, an Elderly's Kitas or a follower's Kitas. for the first time you will get an E-visa (not a tourist or business visa but an e-visa according to what you are applying for) because you will not get a Kitas directly sir.. Kitas will be received upon arrival in Indonesia, after you have done a PHOTO session at local immigration..
