ATM - no cash but account debited

Hey Hey.
I recently tried to withdrawl money from an ATM. Though I got no cash from it my credit card account was debited. I already left the place where this happened (Nusa Lembongan) and now I am trying to find out the name of the bank that runs the ATM.
I tried to find it via the short transaction details that are given in my account. My language skills in Indonesien are very limited though.
Could somebody with better skills maybe afford 3 minutes of their time to google
"4745 - INDOMARET SAMPALDENPASAR"
and tell me the name of the bank i need to adress?
I would really really appreciate it.

Hello as i know there are some ATM in minimarket like Indomaret its BCA , MANDIRI , BNI ,BRI , PERMATA ATM

Same thing happened to me on Nusa Lembongan a few days ago.
Maybe it was the same ATM? Do you remember where the ATM was exactly?
Because I tried a few, none of them gave me cash, so I have trouble finding out which bank it was. But I have the same details in my account:
"4745 - INDOMARET SAMPALDENPASAR"
I asked a local about the bank but she said Indomaret is a supermarket, so the ATM could be BNI, BRI or MANDIRI. But if you know where it was exactly maybe we can find out that way..

The bank who owns the ATM can not help you. You have to contact the issuing bank and fill out a form. They will correct it it. Indonesian banks will not help you with this. Been there, done that.

Same here, been there, done that.
You will have to contact "your" bank, fill out a complain form (hopefully available on-line) and "your" bank will handle the matters. Be thought prepared to wait 4-6 months for refund
