It all depends on your definition of sex for money, can you walk up to any girl you like the look of and offer her cash for sex - you can but its not cool and you'll probably end up with a slap. Can you pay a prostitute for sex ?? Yes you can, but legally its a grey area so better you don't get caught doing it. Can you offer the masseuse a "tip" for the happy ending to your massage, yes but again it depends on the establishment and the girl herself. And for any other sex for money transaction (bar girl for example) its usually dressed up as taxi money or shopping money for the girl the next morning.
