What happened to "Did Prabowo just break the law?" thread in Politics & Current event

Every time I try to open this thread I get an ERROR: Forbidden message. What happened? This is the only thread that seems to have this problem.

Yeah you are right. It must be the internet at my office. It just seems strange that I can open this website and all of the threads except the one I mentioned and this thread When trying to open this thread using my office internet, I get the same Forbidden message. Now, using my phone as a hotspot, I can open both. Strange.
