How to obtain Maldivian Letter of No Impediment?

Hi All,

My boyfriend is a Maldivian and we're going to get married soon in Indonesia.
One of the requirement for the marriage is Letter of No Impediment from the embassy.
But there's no Maldives embassy nor consulate general (no any other representative) in Indonesia, how to obtain this letter then?

Thanks for your reply, I found out that we can get that letter from the Family Court.
But what about "Surat Izin Kedutaan"? This document also needed. What's the difference between this and Letter of No Impediment?

They have an embassy in Singapore and Malaysia if that helps.

I think it is the same thing . It is only a different way to name it . For example , my KUA asked me for "Izin Kawin dari Kedutaan" . And as my Embassy refuse to issue it , I brought an alternative document from my country , which KUA accepted . But better discuss alternative things with you marriage office , as each officer may have different idea about that .
