Well, my first visa was tourist visa (14 days / type: 211) & my 2nd visa was Social-Cultural Visa (social Budaya Visa) a single entry – maximum length of stay is 30 days (extension available for 30 days).
Wish you good luck

Thanks for your watchfulness and contribution.

Unfortunately, you as a foreigner cannot own property. As you are now married to an Indonesian lady and the law here states all property is shared 50/50, she also cannot own property.
This is why the pre-nup is so important. There is no legal way that you or your wife can own property in Indonesia. I am sure there are ways, but not for discussion here on this forum.
In theory, you could divorce, do the pre-nup, have it registered and then marry again.
There are many discussions here about this, and it is a difficult situation to be in.Great spirits have often encountered violent opposition from weak minds. Albert Einstein

(1) Theoretically , no . But in practice , it may help .
Unfortunately , being from Pakistan you need to get a "telex Visa" (also called "calling Visa") before you get an Indonesian Visa stamped in your passport . This 'telex Visa" is a kind of "pre-approval" from the Jakarta's "Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi" , the Immigration big boss . See below how hard it was for Akram , according his post no.4 .
Now it is a little bit easier to get this "telex Visa" : It can be requested through the internet (see references below) , but unfortunately it still requires someone in Jakarta to take a copy of the "telex Visa" , maybe present some original documents , and pay the Rp50'000 fee . If you don't know anybody in Jakarta who can help you , like Akram , you can try to convince the Embassy to issue the Visa without the "telex Visa" .
If you intend to come to Indonesia for a long time , try to get a single entry Social Cultural & Family Visit Visa (single entry Sosbud Visa) sponsored by your Indonesian wife . This Visa can be extended in Indonesia , so you can stay in Indonesia up to 180 days . The single entry Sosbud Visa can also be converted in a one year Temporary Residency Permit (KITAS) .

(Akram's post no.4 , in the first page of this thread) :
[Processing telex visa would need a sponsorship from Indonesia and I have applied four times thru proper channel from Indonesian Consulate in Dubai, UAE and hoping Indonesian Embassy would offer entry visa even I have hired few agent and paid approx thousand of US dollars in Jakarta to be my sponsor and taking care of my visa approval but unluckily every times faced some kinds of unacceptable excuses and problems.
For my eight months hard struggle (various mails, calls and visits to Indonesian consulate in Dubai) made inspired to head of visa section incharge and finally he granted me visa on behalf of his own responsibility without any approval by Jakarta head office...
I didn’t face any problem for the clearance by two countries Immigration (Malaysia and Singapore) except Indonesia as my indo visa was not showing approved by Directorate General of Immigration of Indonesia and I was held at the airport for the questioning / clarifications ... I got released (allow to be enter in Indonesia) after almost one hrs investigations (required some documents by my sponsor) by the head of Immigration officer (he’s so kind for me) and I was with my destiny ...]

(2) Be informed that you will need to register this marriage certificate at the Indonesian Embassy in the country where you married . Later , if you decide to live in Indonesia , you will have to register again in the Indonesian KUA or Kantor Catatan Sipil of the Indonesian city where you will reside .
