Where to buy wine and liquor???

At Ambassador mall carafour have a wine shop.

There's a Duty Free called Ram on the SE corner of Jl Ampera and Jl Pejaten Raya, south of Kemang towards Pejaten village mall. Slightly bigger than the duty free in North Kemang.

Bottle shop in Dharmawangsa square - some very nice wines there (vin+ prices)
Hero in Kemang Selatan 1 - some wine, not a huge choice.
Carrefour in ambassador mall - but thats getting a bit further away from Kemang
Food Hall in Grand Indo sells wine, but not sure if the ones in Senayan does?

Yes, Food Hall at Senayan has wines as well. Prices are quite high though. I remember going there to pick up a cheap bottle of white wine for a sauce, but there wasn't a single choice available for less than 350k. Decided to flambé the beef with Single Malt instead and hence turned the German "Weißwein-Rahmgeschnetzeltes" into a Whisky-version of a Boeuf Stroganoff instead. Still tasted great and it's always fun to set food on fire!
