    Default Alice in Wonderland

Went to see it. Loved the cinematrography but thought the production and story lacked the depth the book brought to life but hey who am I? LOL. To put it in a cashew nut shell I enjoyed it but the book took me to better places. Tweedle Dum and tweedle Dee were excellent in a disturbing way. The cards were menacing and the Red Queen was more than creepy. If you like fantasy go see for a nice afternoon - girls take a bloke to snog in the back row when things get slow
If you could have one super power what would it be?

I love it, too! Johny Depp rocks!
Always try to be modest. And be damn proud of it!

In most cases of books turned into films I find the film can never quite match the book, my only exception to this is the Shawshank Redemption. One of the finest films of all time.

I enjoyed Alice in Wonderland, but I wasn't blown away by it. Jonny Depp was good, but I wasn't blown away by him, I don't think his role was big enough for that.

Overall it does get a thumbs up from me. I just wish I could have seen it without all of the hype there was in the build up to it.

However I missed this Alice thing. Last Saturday I went to Galaxy mall Surabaya and found the movie is not on 21 anymore...[sob...sob] Really have to find the DVD...

Went to see the movie yesterday to cheer me up, great pics with 3D glasses, and my favourite is flying, Smiling cat...
