It does seem a bit curious that a company would plot an employee down in a country new to them without even the forethought to line up several contacts including law firms specializing in the formation of a local affiliate. Even more curious that once in-country a public forum, using an SMS style post that provides scant information, would be chosen to begin inquiries.
Perhaps you could provide more specifics and take enough time to compose a professional inquiry. Such would indicate a level of seriousness missing from your first post.
I don't mind your post at all because nothing in it looks like it could harm anyone and it's none of my damn business. I wouldn't have bothered writing a reply if I didn't know someone I trusted here who I thought could be of service to you and your company.
Call Les Dinsbach. He's an American lawyer and works as a consultant with an Indonesian firm. He will steer you right.

Yes, second opinions are always recommended.

Perhaps the company trusts their employee to be able to ask some questions.
Rami-Services are quite good and worth talking to. Wijaya is good but hellishly expensive, but maybe this is not a consideration. Rob Baiton (http://treeatwork.blogspot.com/2009/...ob-baiton.html) may be able to point you in the right direction.
