P.S. Yes, works. In fact it probably worked before. When I clicked a link the site "blinked" but the page did not change. Now I see that one must scroll down -- although the home page menu remains up, the information below the fold changes. Not the way sites typically work and combined with my laziness, I assumed, wrongly, it was not working. I will delete my initial erroneous comment.
