Your own beach front property in Bali
It might be hard to believe, but there is still affordable beach front properties still available in Bali. This property is located 4km west of the town of Seririt.
The house is of solid construction but has been vacant for the past few years. It is in need of some renovation work to make it livable again. The house is right on the beach and far from any other development. It's a great place for anyone looking to get away from it all.
The house has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. All of the rooms upstairs have fantastic views of either the sea to the front or ricefields and distant mountains to the back. The land size is 11 are.
The power would need to be reconnected and there is a well on the property for water. It is freehold title.
The price is just IDR 500,000,000. You might be asking can this be true and why is this so cheap. Well, it is located next to a cemetery and it does need a bit of work. The views and feeling from sitting on the upstairs balcony however are fantastic.

The title is freehold and it is about a 2-3 hour drive from the airport. The electricity needs to be reconnected and there is a well on the property.

Although the OP didn't touch all the bases, Atlantis, he did mention the Luas Tanah -- 11 area, if I am not mistaken. Looks to me like an interesting fixer-upper. I need a new project to keep from waisting away in my dotage.
ps Since I posted, I see you mentioned a well. Any assuances, Lovina Agent, that it produces sufficient water for the needs of the house? Septic system still functional?

If you transfer the freehold title to the state or to an indonesian national you may be able to have a lease on the house.
Obviously being a foreigner you are barred from a freehold title. No agent would be dull enough to tell you that you can buy it under your name.
The house looks like a nice christmas cake on the pic.
