Background includes ERP software implementation, team management systems, server virtualization, network services management, advanced Windows networking, online presence management, wireless and satellite communications, and internet security. Excellent hands-on problem solver with strong written and verbal communications skills. Learns new systems with ease. Proven track record in streamlining systems to ensure maximum business efficiency, cost effectiveness, ease of use, continuity in operations and optimal learning and support. Fully bi-lingual Indonesian speaker.

Currently open to positions in technology systems management. Now living in Jakarta-Bandung, but open to relocation as position demands.

Post for the previous 3 years has been to oversee the technical infrastructure operations and development for a multinational financial services network and associated remote systems, comprising two floors of a central business district high-rise in Jakarta. Supervised a 12-member team, including network administrators, helpdesk staff, web services and application developers. Chief architect of network infrastructure, user support systems, and key back office processing services. Have done great things with migrating aging 'low-tech' networks and network technicians into a more modern age.
