    Default Billiards

I love playing pool and spend much of my free time doing it. I only wish I was good enough to earn a living at it.

I started out studying with an Indonesian pro and now not only continue my studies, I have become a sparring partner for him as part of his daily regiment. I'm also sitting in on his classes and occasionaly give him some assistance such as racking balls and explaining what he is trying to get across in English which can sometimes be confusing for foreigners.

Anytime Paman. Maybe I can help you improve your game from the methods my teacher has passed on to me.

    Default Snooker?

I love a good game of pool as well. I'm not GOOD... but I can play a decent game of 8 or 9 ball.

What I'd really like to try is snooker. Are there any snooker tables about?

Snooker Table..... Try Afterhours at Sarinah and just opened in POINS... In fact... tonight is the grand opening at POINs and free flow of beer from 7 - 10 pm.

    Enjoy.

citos mall has a nice billiard and resto called score bar. Crossroads in kemang is nice too. Billiards here for locals is a national past time so it is not hard too find sharks that want too take your money.

Plenty of men and some women can do as you describe here but are what I call semi-pro. They play all the time and some make their money only from the sport entering local tourneys and gambling outside of those.

This particular pro won the Bali Open a few years back and is currently in Manila attempting to qualify for the Worlds Ten Ball Tourney. Over the course of three days he must beat six competitors in races to seven wins each day. If he loses to one of those 18 competitors he is out. All that is just to qualify to get into the tourney to compete. He studied and developed a method of teaching with his teacher over ten years.
