2 terrorists dead in Ciputat

According to TVs, 2 terrorists supposed as Saifuddin Zuhri bin Jaelani (Udin, Soleh) and M. Syahrir (Aing) who involved in JW Marriot and Ritz Carlton bombing shot dead in Ciputat some hours ago.
Police chief gen. BHD will held press conference this evening.
Now the most wanted person is Baridin, the father-in-law of Noordin M Top.

The order from the top is clearly that no prisoners are to be taken this time round. Probably just as well given the celebrity status enjoyed by previous terrorist inmates.

But the reason they were able to locate these two was that the younger brother -- captured alive earlier -- informed on them. Live suspects under questioning (beating perhaps) provides a path to unravel the network. Better to capture them alive, if possible, and even from the sketchy news reports, here it may have been possible.

I agree capture them alive and we can all be happy in the fact that these animals were tortured for a few days before they are handed their death sentance.

Gives the murdering sods time to publicise their special brand of rubbish and time for the extremists to make them look like heros of Islam.

Better to shot them dead as Densus 88 are doing at the moment. They (terrorists) are harming the county and Indonesia has better to do than handling them for years, giving them a tribune to propagate their hatred and twisted conception of their religion.
POLRI is able to do a great job, even without taking them alive... when there is a real political will. This is the case at the moment. Let's use the state money to pay for new bullets rather than to pay for food and lodging for unuseful mouths.
