Well Martin, the OP made two posts only both in this thread -- the last one 14 months ago. The subject conference is also ancient history. If you are hoping to make expat business contacts, best search elsewhere.
You might try calling the number anyway. From my experience (admittedly of some years back) of the President Executive Club (on the Cikarang Jababeka Industrial Estate and sponsored by Kawasan Industri Jababeka) they're always looking for new members and regularly did (still do?) have freeflow evenings towards this end.
