Hi all,

I'm actually looking for a nice place to live nearby Sudirman area: im even fine moving out further south in residential areas like kemang or cipete.

Do you know any nice buildings for monthly rent like executive kost or residence for around 3 Juta maximum per month???

i will have a one bedroom apartment to rent in south jakarta. however i will rent it only for minimum 6 months. apartment will be available on january/feb 2010, rent 400USD/mo.

Hi,

There are lots of nice executive Kost in Setiabudi (behind WTC), Karet, Benhill, areas behind Sudirman and Kuningan. Just walk around you will see signs or ask the locals. Price depends on location and amenities but definitely 3 Jt is in luxury range.

You can try find kost online thru google I think there are website that specialize in kost but it might be in Indonesian.

Hey Sam, could you be a little more specific on the Kost web site. My sister-in-law is looking for a place and Setiabudi is one of the areas in which she is looking. A site name would be much appreciated.

I use google and find some info, one is infokost.net, you might wanna try some other links as well. Another way is to read Kompas newspaper saturday in classified ads for kost. Walking around setiabudi behind WTC and ask local people is also another idea., also you will see kost sign on the gate of houses etc. Please note that most kost places may not web savvy to advertise in the net.

Thanks, Sam. I will try the web site & my sister is already doing the walking around search for the ones that only hang a sign on the gate.
