Thread: Does your partner read what you write on this forum?

  1. #1

Default Does your partner read what you write on this forum?

It seems that only one partner in a relationship posts their experiences here. I was just curious whether the partners of the people who post here read or know what they write.

In my case....NO - when I shared it with my husband, he will just shaking his head.....only a few that may caught his attentions, such as visa's and retirenments stories.
If you can't be kind, at least have the decency to be vague..

This, being a nice forum, is the one I leave showing when I know my wife will spy on what I'm doing on the net.
If she saw some of the others I would be in real trouble.

My wife spends so much time on FACEBOOK the battery on this laptop runs dry.

I have to recharge before even opening this forum!

Nope! At the beginning he didn't seem like it I spend so much time on this forum but I keep telling him that this forum is a very good one, informative and not full of creeps. I never join any chat website before simply because I think it's a waste of time and most of them have bad reputation anyway with so many negative stories. But since Indian restaurant thread started he start enjoying it, he didn't actually physically open the forum and read it but I told him what I wrote and what you lot wrote too and it's become an interesting conversation with him everyday so guys keep on writing because it migth be just a medicine need for some couple somewhere.

yes definitely, we have a frank and open conversation about the discussions on this board, obviously we don't agree with all with what is written nor do we agree with each other all the time. But in the majority of cases we find the comments on this board very useful and help us make more informed decisions about our life in Indonesia.

Mine dosen't actually read it but is usually up to date with most of the topics, like Davita's partner she prefers facebook and keeping in touch with her friends in Oz/Indonesia or looking up old school mates etc.
