Starting May 4th 2009, in order to post an ad on the Expat Forum, if you are selling or renting any type of accomodation (house/apartment/kos...etc), the following pieces of information are mandatory:

If selling:

- Exact Location
- Total land area
- Total square meters of the building
- Number of bedrooms
- Type of land title
- Price
- Pictures

If renting:

- Exact Location
- Total land area
- Total square meters of the building
- Number of bedrooms/bathrooms
- Monthly/yearly rent
- Minimum rental period
- Cost of the associated services/utilities
- Agency or direct by the owner
- Furnished/unfurnished
- Pictures

These are the minimum requirements. Feel free to add more information. Any posting which does not include all of this information will be deleted.
