Not sure how the traffic will play out after the flyover is complete as it ends just before the entrance to Kota K and that area could end up as a huge bottle neck.

Is that where the flyover will end? There's also a side/backstreet that flows onto Rasuna Said.

It ends opposite Puri Casablanca entrance. There's a small side street just before the development which could get you on to Rasuna Said eventually but it would be a real rat run. Not sure you can actually access it from the development anyway.
