Thinking of the legal consequences of marriage and what would happen to any assets in case of a divorce is just called having a brain and using it. Is that shocking for you? If you read this forum you will quickly find out that quite a few foreigners are today in an uncomfortable situation due to the fact that they did not properly researched legal consequences of a marriage before.
