Reply With Quote5 years ago I changed job while I used only 3 months of my Kitas and workpermit . The company I left claimed back the remaining 900 USD but it took them more then 6 months to finally get the money back , but it is possible .
the $1,200 tax is transferable - when someone leaves the company I work for, the remainder of the tax is transferred to cover the replacement
