Depending upon how you look at it, it's the completely innocent men who have to bear the brunt of it (as well as anyone else in the house within verbal/visual range :P)

If your hang over last for 5 days to a week, and the symptoms continue to worsen for the next week (so a total of two weeks), anddd (sorry for the level of grossness) for the worst one week, you would have to have an uncomfortable foreign object in/on your body, then the answer to that is ABSOLUTELY yes!

here, i think now I'm in this syndrome. being so sensitive lately.
deleted so many contacts in my skype, YM and some phone contacts. don't know why, didn't mean to do it just feel like to do. but after a while i added them again. sounds crazy, isn't it? but that what was happened to me. wish will be over soon.

    Thank you for sharing
Well, Im not really a good advisor but judging by some female friends I have with PMS case like this is:
    1. stay away from social media. PMS girl is like ticking time bomb, you'll never know when its going to blast. Some girls have tendency to put some drama with their twitter or fb or start quarrelling with their chat buddies.
    2. while staying away from your social media / circle, spend some time alone and find something useful to do, like watching movies, reading books, massage, salon time, or spend some time alone contemplating at the beach maybe?
    3. chocolate helps, it works wonder to fixed your mood.
    4. Find comfort in the arm of your bf, it sounds a bit childish but just spending your time in the comfy couch, lay your head in his chest and just cuddling in silence, especially if it rains
    hope it helps!

If it's two weeks per month, isn't it really 'half normal'?

Not to make light of the syndrome, but it would seem like you spend three days getting used to being comfortable, one week in good condition, and a few more days looking forward to hell again.

You'd think a doctor could improve that outlook slightly somehow.

Always an interesting topic,, it always becomes men against women.

PMS = two weeks before period and two weeks after..
