I am looking to sub-lease my house in Pejaten. I have a lease until May 2013, but you can renew the lease after this with the very friendly owners.

Close to shops and 15 minutes to Pejaten Mall.
The only problem with the house is that it is pretty close to a mosque. The mosque does only go off 5 times a day (no extra events and no children use the microphone, but still it does got off at 4.30am).
