HELP! Looking for a studio/residence/apt for 5 months in Kemang, Kuningan or Senayan!

Hi there,

I'm kinda new here. So don't be too harsh on me...

I'll be arriving WITH MY GIRLFRIEND in Jakarta in the end of July 2013. The thing is that I already know my way in Jakarta and I come back every year since 2003 and I'm looking for a kind of residence/appt in (the area of) Kemang or Kuningan (near mall Ambassador). Maybe Senayan, but that's my last option.

I've done some research and have stayed in some nice residences, but every year I change my stay. So I'll need your help with this one.
This year my budget is around IDR 8 Jt. per MONTH (IDR 8 million)

What I am looking for?
Well these are the residences where I have stayed (click for more info):
- Balitung Breeze
- Home Inn Kuningan (good one)
- Rasuna Mansion (Karet Pedurenan) VERY NICE
- Singapore Residence (Karet Pedurenan)
- Kemang Inn (can anyone advise me on this one please?)
- Casaluna Residence (Karet Pedurenan)

This is a small indication.
As you see these are of the kind "exclusive" residences where you can pay daily, weekly, monthly.

I'm looking for the same rate, exclusiveness, interior.
I was considering about staying at Avissa Suites though.

Does anyone know other residences in this category or have a nice apartment for rent (5 - 6 months only!)?

Location: Kuningan, Kemang or Senayan
Rates: 5 - 8 Million IDR per MONTH! (9 million tops! or about $800)
Size: at least 40 m²
Fac.: at least 1BR Double bed, AC, TV, Laundry service AND/OR Washing Machine, Telephone, Bathroom, Toilet, Refrigerator

NO TAMAN RASUNA or CASABLANCA (Kuningan)!

please help me?

If you have a BEAUTIFUL apartment for me to rent, let me know also!

Rasuna Icon is another one in this 'executive kost' category.

Avissa Suites is likely very good, it's owned by the same people that own Rasuna Mansion.

There's also Sofi Residence in Setiabudi, Shraya Menteng in Menteng. Have a bit of a google and you will find quite a few options....
