blackberry can use all around the world, all you can do just change a sim card. There is taxes for you to ship used cell phone from Saudi Arabia to Indonesa of course. Question is how many you are going to ship and how you handle with custom

No taxes its your own phone stick it in your pocket and just walk in through immigration and customs no ned to declare and then just buy a new sim card for it
