Been logged in using facebook

Dear all the expert of this site,

i have been logged in this site using facebook button at the right corner above (connect to facebook). because the password i accepted was complicated and difficult to memorized. i tried to change it in setting and change password. but it needs old password which is i forgot about it. i want to log in normally by user name and my favorite password. could you please help me?

please explain to me...
