National Curriculum changes coming...

I asked my 9 years old students what subjects they hated the most and wish they didn't have learn, the answers were mostly bahasa sunda. One of the reason is because all the instruction in any computer or PS games are in english not in bahasa sunda ....very practical. In my opinion, the depdiknas should change the PKn curriculum because I don't think it is necessary for elementary students to learn the duty of KY, MA and many other things.

The only subject I remember from 2nd grade is sand box.

My wife tends to hyperventilate about the pace of our 7 year old's learning. I try to tell her that Harvard is a long ways off; still plenty of time to enjoy childhood.

For Harvard she needs to start your kid on a musical instrument, a competitive sport (or a traditional dance), and a charity. Add Spanish and Mandarin for good measure.
