    Talking Family Sports

    Hi Forum readers,

I'm really outta shape and need to find something positive to do. Sports in Jakarta is a relatively cheap activity, healthy and can be lots of fun.

Thing is it's difficult to find the right time, people and place, isn't it.

It usually takes more than an hour to get to the sports arena. Not to mention preparing all the kids clothes and stuff. Gosh!

Anyone here have a solution? Become a sports coach...hehehe...

    Cheers,
    D

    it depends on your area.
you don't really need a sports arena to do sport. Just running in your neighborhood is a sport and you can do that with your family.
if you live in the apartment, usually they have swimming pool or small gym that'll be a good start.
    Right time, people and place?
it's just an excuse.... time is always there, depends on whether you want to use it or not.
    that's just my opinion though
