I reached surabaya city 1 week before . Am from chennai , South India. I need the contact details of Indian shops in Surabaya city. Also any one can tell me the availibilty iof indian spicy food items in surabaya?

Hi I was looking for a wine shop the other day that is in a complex between Ciputra World and Java Paragon... and I remember seeing a shop called Little India... I think they were selling indian ingrediants in there but as I did not walk inside I cant be sure

little india store, jl. mayjen sungkono, darmo park II, blok d2, no 15 hp: 08785143828. call them & ask for directions. basic indian masalas/daals/aata/basmati rice/ghee/aachars etc. nothing specifically south indian but i guess you can concoct your sambar etc from the daals and chawal. expensive if you compare with prices in india but that's life. open tue-sun, 1pm-6:30pm-monday closed. google sitara restaurant for eating out but again i doubt whether the south indian cuisine will be any good-staple mughlai should be ok-good luck & you can thank annette later for the little india lead!
