My partner then, same position with me. He is also a foreigner in US. Sent his resume to bunch of companies, never got any reply. Then he change his approach. He started collecting name card. Calling them, introduce himself, made himself known. Meeting this professionals, asking for advice, and like a
snowball.... One person introduced him to another and another... Then he got a job... And all because of connection and someone that 'know' you..

If both applicants after the interview have same qualification.. But one is known better, and the other one only been seen one in the interview.. Which one would have been choosen?

And in your case, you only heard they say .. But do you know who the other one is? His qualification? Does he do the exact job that they offered you?

Maybe it just simply you didn't build the chemistry during interview and it was their nice way to reject your application.
But I think they should have told you that they have found other applicants that more suitable for the job raher than saying they don't accept freshgraduate. I think that is what you preferred to hear

I was interviewed by the user, he told me that I could be hired based on my qualifications and skills, even though I am a fresh graduate, he believes that I am qualified for the position after he was interviewed and saw my CV. At the time, he told me that I had to wait because he needs the approval of top management. after 3 weeks, my friend asked, why I was still not hired, he was told to my friend that because I am a fresh graduate, experience and top management also has another name to fill the position. He told my friend that he was going to interview the person on the next day. Do you know what I mean? that's why I was so angry.

But, sudahlah, lets move on
