Where to go for a team retreat near Jakarta (2D 1N)?

Dont go to Puncak at week end, coz thats so extremely full with cars... traffic jams in anywhere T_T

but u can go to Lembang, Bandung. its only 2-3 hours from Jakarta.. at Lembang, u can feel the fresh air of highlands.

But, u also have to consider about funding for ur retreat... its not expensive, estimate for IDR 500k - 1.000k per person. Including transportation, room for a night, breakfast and the activity (outdoor activity and adventure)
