Setting up an English Course with native speakers

My wife and me set up a primary school this year in west bekasi, about 9KM from Kelapa Gading. It's a 3 storeys building and similar with most of other schools, it operates from 7AM to 2 PM. We also run a playschool and kindergarten for 6 yrs, and currently we have 170 students in total. The 2 schools are in the same area but not in the same building.

I am thinking to open an English course with a native speaker, to maximize the investments. Since I am busy with another job and my wife focuses more on our school, we plan to let other person to manage the course with profit sharing system. The course should be operated after school hour and the target market can be the students or proffesionals living in that area.
