My basic haircut in Graha Mall (Cijantung, Jaktim) just went up to Rp. 15,000. In spite of the price hike, I still give the cutter an Rp. 10,000 tip. Whether needed or not, I get a cut every three months or so. The "or so" depends on how much more insistent my wife becomes with the passage of time.

A chain called PAXi do a good job 75k. I dont know anywhere in ur area but i either go to taman anggrek/plaza indonesia.
