I'm a new member and post the 1st thread on a wrong channel ...LOL.... so back to proper channel as per moderator's advice
Ok come to the point, i am moving to Jakarta next month ! Don't know the proper place name but my office should be at Minara Batavia and would like to rent 1BHK near " Menara Batavia " or surroundings. Walkable distance prefered coz my BMI is Bit high LOL ....

Male, 34 Years old, Single, from Asian region !
Hope you guys can help me to find a rental appartment, Transportation arrangements, And other few like good bars Pubs restaurants for a newbie in Jakarta.

Note for Agents & wellwishers,
I am Single, so there is no question for a 2 or 3 BHK. But as per comfort i opt for 1 BHK. My Budget (after few studies regarding rent in jakarta through few web sites) is between 350 to 500 USD. Hope it's fine for a ideal Apartment. And i choose Jakarta Pusat as my home location bcoz, Hope walking can burn my excess fat .. LOL

Hi Friends,
Finally Air tickets arrived. i am flying to jakarta on 14th October. Happy news is that company will provide 1 month temporary accomodation on Batavia Apartment.
