hahaha yes, travellingchez - i'm not exactly up for running from checkpoint to checking drinking anymore. especially not with this kind of terrain. the pictures certainly look very intriguing - it will be a monumental challenge for one who sits at her desk at least 12 hours a day. approximately how long is each run, distance or time, anyways?

The short runs last about an hour - 5km ish about 1.5hours if you walk. Long is generally around 8-12km's. There is a choice as to which one you do.
There are also sometimes really long ones for the insane. There was a super long of 25km a few weeks back. As I said that only those mad enough chose that one. ;p
The challenge is to be yourself in a world that is trying to make you like everyone else.
