Toll gate no-card drivers should get fined!

On my way to Jakarta, I was driving through the Tangerang-Merak tollroad (some call it Tol Kebon Jeruk), and as I was entering the GTO gate, in front of me there was a car with a plate starting with A (B is for Jakarta) stopping in front of me for a minute. I thought it was mechanical error with the reader machine till I saw the driver talking to the toll card distributors and getting out of the car to borrow my card along with 5 ribu to pay for the fare. I was so pissed that I screamed in front of the old guy since there was a sign up there saying non-card carriers shouldn't enter the gate. At the same time, cars behind me have been honking for a while so turning back wasn't an option, hence me lending the old man my card. The content wasn't pretty much anyway in it and I could always buy anew in case he took it away, which he fortunately didn't do as he asked the card distributor to return the card to me. Then as he left and it was my turn to pay, I asked the card seller who was standing there if he had no card to settle the stuff and she said yeah he didn't. As I suspected. Oh well.

Turned out it wasn't the only incident of the day. Then I drove my way back to BSD, where I would pay at Karang Tengah toll gate. So next to me there was an Isuzu Panther driving to pay with cash and I would pay with my card and here I would make a comparison who would reach the gate faster. There were 5 cars before us. And as 2 cars have passed and as it seemed that I would win the race, deja vu. The queue stumbled for tens of seconds and the driver at the card gate got out to borrow the card from the next car's driver. Dammit!!! The Panther has won with distance due to this ignorant driver standing in my way.

These guys would better get fined heftily. Just ranting.

Same happened when once the guy in front of me hv no toll card. The attendant took 10k from him and pay me to borrow my card.... Sometimes people just did not notice like I did when it was too late to reverse after I found out my mistake....

Well the fare was 4.5K. I did cash in 500 but I was still not pleased with the slowdown caused.
