General q about rental prices Semarang

Is 100/150 dollare a week a realistic price for a long term rental ,2 bed?

what do you rent? a room? a house? how long do you mean by long term? and where?? i mean which part of semarang?
if you mean room , then is it with air con? what are the facilities? and where is it?
my relatives has a boarding house, the one with air con cost about US$100.. if i';m not mistaken ..

Near expats,2bedroom house,aircon,pref. furnished,hot water,one year lease initially.sorry about not being clear as to what I want before, age,I'm 108.(feel that way anyway)

There is a housing complex in Semarang Timur which many Indian expats live. Two or three bedroom house rental fee is around US$3,000 per year. It's pretty nice area. But if your looking a house in South of Semarang, i.e. Semarang Atas, it would cost you more, ranging from US$4,000 until 10,000 per year.
