Girlfriend Seeking Job

My girlfriend from Sydney is seeking work in Jakarta. She recently graduated with a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology, Sydney. Any recommendations?

Work permits are usually awarded to foreigners with highly specialised skills not available locally and who usually demonstrate several years of specific experience. Generally, fresh graduates have a hard time unless they go for English teaching jobs, but this also requires specific qualifications nowadays.

They make it so difficult. What qualifications are needed to teach English? Is a bachelor's degree suffice?

When I go through the process for my work permit as manager they ask me:
-Proof of studies
-Proof of experience as manager - I need to get a letter from my ex-company as I had worked for them.

I get the job despite my certificate in project management is very recent and my experience with an official title as project manager was less than a year, but... I'm backed up by more than 10 year of experience in my domain.

They are very more relax when it's about management position compare to other kind of job. But you still need to be able to prove a minimum of experience.
It will be very hard for you GF to get any job in Indonesia before she get any experience.
But still... I would try it anyway!

I have send my CV to many place i was sure they will not even look at my CV :P you never know!
