You can call Century Apotik, they will deliver to your door and you can pay with a card. I use them all the time now. Very good service.
There is a Century in my apartment building, but it's a rather small one. Satellite-like. They generally only carry name brands. Either a poor supply/ demand issue. Or they wish to push the higher priced.

    Anyhoo... ;-)

There is a decent sized pool at my apartment building, so I will give that a try. The main problem is one of motivation. In other words, saya malas.

I went to the Century apotik in Kemang, and picked up Tramadol, but am slightly apprehensive due to the listed side-effects. My only experience with opiate medications is oxycodone, which worked like a charm. As for Lyrica, I hope this pain doesn't get bad enough to where I am needing it. But if my sciatic nerve doesn't get relief soon, I may.

Good luck with the treatment. Let us know how it works. I'd probably take a half dose to see how you react to it.

I sometimes get lower back pain. I've been swimming a bit the last week in Bali, not sure if it's helped any. I'm sure it hasn't hurt. I'm sure I could do with a bit more exercise.

I took one last night, and felt pretty good. Not as smooth as when I had the ocycodoe, but at least I wasn't tripping like I used to.

Now, if only there was obat untuk kemalasan aku.

Comon Pak Fog.., you can do it !

Just get up from that couch, wear your swimming suit, and nyemplung to the pool. You just need to go down by elevator not the stairs.

Just as an update, I finally went to a doctor to get an MRI. It seems that I have a slipped disc (spondylolisthesis). As an added bonus, my disc is oozing out (sequestered).

    Yummy.

Anyhoo, the only medication I was hoping for was oxycodone. I was begging for it. The doc prescribed meloxicam, but I wasn't thrilled with trying a new med. I just wanted my crack (oxycodone;-). Well, I tried one last night, and I was stunned! It worked! Not completely taking the pain away. But at least I was able to sleep through the night.

Just my two cents for anyone suffering from a pinched nerve, compressed disc.

Glad you're able to get some relief. I know in the US, they try not to prescribe Oxy so much anymore, since there's so much abuse going on. If a doctor prescribes a lot, he's likely to get looked at closely by authorities.
